On the 21st of December I called Supersonic to inform them that we are moving to another flat within the same block. The new flat is fibre ready and basically all that needs to happen is that the line needs to be activated. Today is the 6th of January and still I don't have any connection which I have paid for this month. Ive been on the phone to the "customer care" department more than 25 times in the last 2 days. As a result of this RIDICULOUS INCOMPETENCE my wife cannot work, which is the whole reason we got the fibre connection in the first place. PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY, this company really needs to work on how they deal with customer complaints and technical support. It's a complete and utter waste of time calling the customer care line because no one actually helps to sort anything out , all everyone of the more than 20 people I have spoken to says is "I am going to escalate it".
