Good day please post for me anonymous Here is my story I bought couches in on of the shop and I paid cash, they promised that the couches will be ready within a week after a week I got a call that there is a delay due to load shedding anyway I understand Then when it they finally deliver the couches the were wrong it was not what I requested I told the guy who came to deliver that I won't accept the couches he then told me that the shop is already closed for easter holiday and they will open on Tuesday he then call his boss the boss indicate that he must return the couches to the workshop while he was on the phone I told the boss that I'm even thinking of changing the color of the couch but I will call then Tuesday to finalize the color I want
Come Tuesday I decided that I don't want the couches anyone I then send them an email very early in the morning they respond to my WhatsApp after 2 hours saying they already bought the material I then asked which color cos the last time I spoke to them was that I will call them to Inform them about the color. The guy was very rude towards me I told them I don't want the couches anymore I want my money back. They then told me they cannot do that. I asked them if they don't have the cancelation policy.
