Refund my money
Good day please post for me anonymous Here is my story I bought couches in on of the shop and I paid cash, they promised that the couches will be ready within a week after a week I got a call that there is a delay due to load shedding anyway I understand Then when it they finally deliver the couches the were wrong it was not what I requested I told the guy who came to deliver that I won't accept the couches he then told me that the shop is already closed for easter holiday and they will open on Tuesday he then call his boss the boss indicate that he must return the couches to the workshop while he was on the phone I told the boss that I'm even thinking of changing the color of the couch but I will call then Tuesday to finalize the color I want Come Tuesday I decided that I don't want the couches anyone I then send them an email very early in the morning they respond to my WhatsApp after 2 hours saying they already bought the material I then asked which color cos the last time I spoke to them was that I will call them to Inform them about the color. The guy was very rude towards me I told them I don't want the couches anymore I want my money back. They then told me they cannot do that. I asked them if they don't have the cancelation policy.

BIGGEST SCAM AND WORST CON ARTISTS EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They don't deliver on time and after weeks of begging they delivered part of my order with the most shoddy workmanship! Then I was promised my deposit was refunded but I have never received proof of payment nor the refund. LIARS AND THIEVES!

BIGGEST SCAM AND WORST CON ARTISTS EVER! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They don't deliver on time and after weeks of begging they delivered part of my order with the most shoddy workmanship! On the 27th of November 2020 I bought a TV stand and a coffee table from SK Custom Designs. Katlego (the salesman) informed me on this day that the TV stand was available, but I would have to wait for 2 weeks for the coffee table. On the 13th of December 2020 Katlego lied and told me that my order was ready. I asked him to deliver on the 14th of December 2020, but my order was not delivered. On the 21st of December 2020 I was informed that the TV stand was no longer available and I was offered some low quality TV stand, which I did not agree to. I requested a full refund on that day and I was told that I would get my money by the 24th of December 2020. Katlego and his manager David have been ignoring my calls and I still haven't received my money.

Pathetic service
Bought couches and coffee table on the 17th October..still not delivered to this day they kept promising to deliver now they are ignoring my calls and messages. .I managed to call the owner who also promised me a free delivery in compensation of the long wait and promised to deliver but still nothing no delivery made and no explanation...his phone is now off,this is a nightmare really. They have beautiful furniture but biy at your own risk as they are nor reliable and lack customer service.

Pathetic service.
On the 17th October 2020 I bought couches and a coffee table from SK custom designs in Laanglagte,main reef road JHB,I paid half of the amount and was adviced that the balance is payable upon delivery..I was assisted by the store manager Katlego and he promised that they will deliver in 14 days or less,when 14 days lapsed I called to enquire about the delay,he told me that their driver noticed a stain in one if the couches when they were loading them to be delivered and promised to deliver the following week because they are supposed to change material on that specific couch as it was not wipeable,the weekend came and there was no delivery and no communication made,I called him and arranged that I will take a day off on the following Monday so that I can be around when they deliver,he agreed...but still no delivery was done and no communication still,I sent him Whatsapp messages with no response,and called him numerous times but he would ignore my calls,so my partner called him,he picked up and explained that their delivery truck broke,when asked why isn't he communicating he apologized and said he will call me and explain,but as usual he never did...I am currently in the middle of my exams and I can't drive there for now but as soon as I'm done,I'm going there to get my money,they should just keep their couches and pathetic service,If anyone decides to buy from them then they should be prepared to fight, they are so unprofessional it is so disgusting.

Unprofessional business deals
<p>A business for interior furniture called "Sk Custom Designs" which is a black owned business. I order a couch and was delivered as per agreement, however when the delivery guys came to my place they told me that one cushion was missing and it fell off on the hight way. I then called the owner he kept promising me that he will deliver the cushion. We are now in the third week and he is busy ignoring calls and my text messages.</p>
