I canceled my contract mid January and Rain has debited my account for the 3rd time now since beginning of January.
I bought a faulty Samsung TV from Makro, Samsung assessed the TV and confirmed that it is faulty. Makro does not want to give me a new TV and Samsung has approved the exchange. It's been 4 weeks now and they still haven't fetched the faulty TV nor provide me with a new one.
I bought a Samsung 70 inche smart TV from Makro, the technicians assessed and confirmed that the TV is faulty. Samsung is now making baseless rejections for the exchange. This TV only played 1 day, I want an exchange ASAP or give me a refund, so that I can buy a TV from a reliable brand since Samsung is selling us ******* 😡😡😡!!!
My family and I had the worst experience at Tang yesterday. The food was so awful, from the chips to the meat not tasting fresh. We ended up taking a takeaway and going to a different restaurant, because the food was very bad and overpriced. This ruined my birthday, because I ended up not even ordering the bento box due to the disappointment. I wouldn't recommend Tang food at all. The service was good and the ambiance, but the awful food overweighs the entire experience.
I bought a Samsung 70 inche smart TV which only played 1 day, the following day the screen started flashing/ flickering. I reported this issue with Makro the next day (Sunday) and I sent them pictures as they requested. I've been calling customer service and a technician has still not been assigned to come assess the TV and it's been over 5 days now (Thursday).
We paid DSTV for the past 2 months, but during the month all Channels get blocked and we only have access to channels 100. We've called several times to report this issue, but no action has been taken. However, at the end of each month we pay the premium.
We had the worst stay at The Residences Crystal Towers and we stayed in one of the luxury 2 bedroom apartments, but everything was so disappointing. We informed management about how dissatisfied we were, but nothing was done to resolve our complaints. 1. Our neighbours made noise the entire night and they only started being quiet around 6am. 2. The quality of the couch in the room was really bad, it went down when we tried sitting, it was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to stand up. 3. The beds made so much noise and they were very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep well due to the condition of the beds and the noisy neighbour. 4. The toilet door in the main bedroom made so much noise especially when we needed to use the toilet during the night. 5. We also saw some ****roches in the small bedroom. 6. The TV is not a smart TV and there is no Dstv. 7. There is no pool in the building, you need to go to the other building in order to access the pool. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, you can get better apartments at a lower price.
On the 27th of November 2020 I bought a TV stand and a coffee table from SK Custom Designs. Katlego (the salesman) informed me on this day that the TV stand was available, but I would have to wait for 2 weeks for the coffee table. On the 13th of December 2020 Katlego lied and told me that my order was ready. I asked him to deliver on the 14th of December 2020, but my order was not delivered. On the 21st of December 2020 I was informed that the TV stand was no longer available and I was offered some low quality TV stand, which I did not agree to. I requested a full refund on that day and I was told that I would get my money by the 24th of December 2020. Katlego and his manager David have been ignoring my calls and I still haven't received my money.

I was informed on that day that the TV stand is available, but I'd have to wait for 2 weeks for the coffee table. 2 weeks later, I was told that my order is ready and I asked them to deliver the next day, but they did not deliver. On the 21st of December I was told that the TV stand is no longer available and they tried to offer me some low quality TV stand, which I did not agree to. I requested a full refund on the 21st of December 2020 and I still haven't received my money back. It's been almost 2 months now and they are ignoring my calls.
