Maleho Seleke, provided me with an exceptional service, I asked him to deliver at my next door neighbour since I was not available, unfortunately nobody responded, I asked him to deliver to my other neighbour a few houses from my house, he gladly did that without complaining..I thank him for his patience and the spirit of Ubuntu!
I experienced a false alarm but their response was prompt... Thanks to Ayanda Ngwenya.
I took out a contract for a car tracking device with Netstar in 2021, the 36 months agreement lapsed in December 2024, in March 2025 I contacted them that I need to terminate my services with them with no success as my e mails were not responded to, they kept on debiting from my account but there were no funds which caused my account to run on negative, I contacted them again in May and the person who responded said the cancellation process will take 30 days, but in June I got an e mail from Nimble that I have been handed over, I explained my issue to them and provided our email communication then Nimble sente back to Netstar as they said they couldn't assist further...on the 15 the of the same month they attempted to debit again with no success, now I have received a statement from them stating the amount that they claim I owe... someone is not doing their job there, as no one is fruitfully assisting me, I don't understand why am I being forced to keep services that I no longer need.
I'm so disappointed with Vodacom, I took a contract with the lm in March 2024, I initially wanted a Samsung phone but the consultant convinced me that the Vivo Y28 is just as perfect and more, and yes I'm happy with the gadget, but the guy sold me false information, when took this contract I already had a another one that I'm paying for so when we spoke the total amount tha t we agreed on was R380, now 2 months down the line the amount changes to R697, when I enquire I was told that it is not the case this is the actual amount I need to pay... I am so livid because nobody is giving me proper explanation, Vodacom agents especially the contracts department are *****sters 😡😡.
I had asked King Price to review my policy, Ayanda Mlambo served me well and reviewed my schedule to my satisfaction.
They have reviewed my premium with no hassle and the service was efficient.

I booked for a hotel in Durban via booking.com, it is situated in Monty Naicker road just next to the Durban ICC, one would expect for hotels around the area to be up to standard, but that one seemed more like a brothel. I am so disappointed with booking.com, you should do you homework before collaborating with such people who are deceiving us, you guys will lose clients because of such places.. That place is so shady I had planned to stay for 5 nights but I checked out the following morning... it does not bear the hotel's name outside, reception is unkempt, it is more like a hostel than a hotel..the building is old and very dull..rooms are a disgrace, ugly floors and dirty mats inside, I was allocated a room with a broken window I reported it but no action was taken...there are no bathrooms in the rooms, guests are made to share dirty bathrooms with no toilet paper provided, the kitchen is infested with ****roaches, rats are all over the area..I suggest that health inspectors should visit this place...most of all they are falsely advertising it, it is nothing like the online pictures they have put up on Booking.com,nobody deserves to spend their hard earned cash in such a horrible place, this is a total rip off.
