Refund

I bought a TV stand and coffee table from SK Custom Designs on the 27th of November 2020. I was informed on that day that the TV stand is available, but I'd have to wait for 2 weeks for the coffee table. 2 weeks later, I was told that my order is ready and I asked them to deliver the next day, but they did not deliver. On the 21st of December I was told that the TV stand is no longer available and they tried to offer me some low quality TV stand, which I did not agree to. I requested a full refund on the 21st of December 2020 and I still haven't received my money back.

It's been almost 2 months now and they are ignoring my calls.
