SK Home improvements a fraud
Contracted Sylvester for seamless gutters at my house. I paid a deposit of R7500, but then this Sylvester first denied that he received the deposit and then kept on postponing the work up to where he refuses to answer any calls. He blatantly took the deposit and didn't deliver anything in return. Please do not support him as he can't be trusted.

SK Home Improvements (pty) LTD - Sylvester Skopy Tiego
Please note that SK Home improvements, the owner (Sylvester Skopy Tiego Mogotlane) gave me a quote and requested a deposit. I paid him the deposit, after 4 requests where he indicated he would come and do the work he never showed up. I requested a refund and he indicated on multiple occasions that he would pay me back. He is ignoring my calls. He has not done any work in which I contracted him for nor did he pay my money back. Stay away from this Company and person

Very bad paving installation
Approximately 2 months ago I employed the services of SK Home Improvements for the installation of paving in my backyard. They did not do as well as i thought they would, given the pictures i saw on their Facebook page as well as their Gumtree add. They arrived to my place with a handful of bricks in the back of their bakkie. I was informed by the foreman/boss that the bricks for the job were to arrive within the hour. About two and a half hours later the bricks finally came. Little did they know the bricks ordered would be too little for the job at hand. This was only discovered when the job was almost done. The foreman went to the hardware store to see if he could get more bricks, to no avail. when he came back without the bricks, they tried to "make do" with what they had. Suffice to say, this left my now "paved yard" looking tacky and unfinished. The bricks has since started coming loose, the edging is falling apart and holes has started to appear all over the place. I have tried on numerous occasions to get SK Home Improvements to come and correct their botched up paving. After numerous attempts and empty promises i have now given up. I will not recommend anyone to use their services.
