extremely poor customer service experienced at the Tokai branch. Not Happy At All
As long-standing members of the ATKV and loyal visitors to Goudini for more than 20 years, we feel compelled to raise serious concerns about the steady decline we have noticed in the care and upkeep of the resort. We have been members for the past 14 years, and while some units have indeed been upgraded, the main attraction—the pools—have been increasingly neglected. During our recent visits, we noted the following issues: The pool water is consistently murky. Several tiles are chipped, leaving dangerously sharp edges. Both my wife and my son sustained injuries to their toes as a result of the sharp edges in and around the pool areas. The baby pool pump was not working, resulting in no warm water being circulated. This was the coldest the lower pool has been in all my years visiting Goudini Spa The baby pool’s edges were mouldy. Furthermore, the standard of cleaning services has dropped noticeably. We had to request cleaning on the third day of our five-day stay. And even then, the beds were not made, the floors were not mopped, and the bathroom was not cleaned We trust that ATKV will take these concerns seriously and will do their utmost to address them accordingly. We remain committed supporters of ATKV and hope to see Goudini restored to the high standards that made it a premier family destination in the past for our family.
We went to Macdonald's Tokai this evening for supper and bought the following: Two Big Mc meals One chicken salad One Happy meal Both Big Macs were fine and tasty. The same could not be said about the chicken salad. Everything in the salad bowl besides the lettuce was old and dry. I will not be buying another chicken salad at any Macdonald's franchise again. The Happy meal was also fine except the fact that we did not get drink that comes with the meal. We only realized this when we were on the road and too far to turn back. Thank you Macdonald's Tokai for "great" service. I will not be back. Frustrated and upset customer
After being put on hold for an hour this morning trying to reconnect my fiber due to a billing issue, i disconnected the call and called the sales department of WebAfrica. A young Lady named Thokozile Mthethwa answered the call and immediately assisted me, even though this was not part of her job. She managed to get the billing issue sorted within a few minutes. Thank you so much Thokozile, i really appreciate the assistance.
a few days ago i purchased the 100 veg combo (carrots, sweet potato, butternut, green peppers) from Pick n Pay in Steenberg village. I am very disappointed in the quality of their carrots. It has only been a few days and we have had to throw them away due it turning black from the mold. this was the first time that we have bought from that particular store and it was the first time that we were disappointed by the quality of the combo. disappointed customer
Very bad paving installation Approximately 2 months ago I employed the services of SK Home Renovations for the installation of paving in my backyard. They did not do as well as i thought they would, given the pictures i saw on their Facebook page as well as their Gumtree add. They arrived to my place with a handful of bricks in the back of their bakkie. I was informed by the foreman/boss that the bricks for the job were to arrive within the hour. About two and a half hours later the bricks finally came. Little did they know the bricks ordered would be too little for the job at hand. This was only discovered when the job was almost done. The foreman went to the hardware store to see if he could get more bricks, to no avail. when he came back without the bricks, they tried to "make do" with what they had. Suffice to say, this left my now "paved yard" looking tacky and unfinished. The bricks has since started coming loose, the edging is falling apart and holes has started to appear all over the place. I have tried on numerous occasions to get SK Home Renovations to come and correct their botched up paving. After numerous attempts and empty promises i have now given up. I will not recommend anyone to use their services.

dear DSTV i have been trying, to no avail, to link my DSTV account to laptop. i have tried your ridiculously useless WhatsApp chat, as directed by the DSTV.now site. no help there either. i was on verge of upgrading my package but, i am not happy.
during this very tough time that our country is facing amid the Covid-19 pandemic, everyone is struggling financially. and as such, we need to take all sorts of measures to make ends meet. this is the reason why i have had to cancel my wifi data package with Cell C. However, to my dismay, i was informed by the customer care assistant that their cancellations department is closed for the duration of the lockdown. which meant that struggling people, like myself is stuck with a payment that i just cannot afford to make. i was therefore left with no choice but to go the bank to cancel the debit order set up for the monthly payment. thank you Cell C for Not Helping. old mutual is deducting mpney from my account to the amount of R412. it states OLDMUTCOL on the sms i receive. i have not given them authority to do so.
