I am extremely disappointed with Kellogg’s noodles. When I opened the packet, the noodles were already rotten and moldy. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that the expiry date on the package is clearly marked as 11/01/2027. I purchased these noodles at the end of February as part of my groceries for the month of March. My children eat it almost every day, and it is a staple in our household. Finding it spoiled straight out of the packet is both shocking and concerning. This raises serious questions about quality control and food safety. Products that are still well within their expiry date should never be in this condition. I am worried about the health risks this could have posed to my family. I expect better standards from a well-known brand. I would appreciate an explanation and immediate action to ensure this does not happen to other customers.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Kellogg’s regarding the R1,000 yuppiechef voucher I won on 23 June. Other winners from 29 June, including someone who entered with me, have already received their vouchers and even placed their orders. I have repeatedly tried to contact the team via Facebook DM, but my messages are being ignored and I receive no feedback or updates. This lack of communication is frustrating and unfair to customers who participated in good faith. I expected better service and transparency from a brand of this size. Please resolve this matter and send my voucher or provide a clear explanation for the delay.

I buy Noodles from Kelloggs Noodles in bulk bcz my son is Autistic and can't do without them. To my disappointment, the last batch had no spices inside and I had no plan B. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in Kelloggs SA.

Found a worm in the strawberry rice crispy snack bar that I purchased as a snack for my son..... Luckily he only decided to eat it when I fetch him, asked me to open it for him and a found a worm nesting in the bar. I have sent an email to customer care and received no feedback. If I wasn't the one opening that bar my kid would have consumed it... In fact that bar came out of a box of 5 bars and that was the last one..... Who knows if the others did not have worms in. If I do not receive feedback today, I'm sharing the videos and images on social media platforms

I purchased a 500g box of Kellogg's Corn Flakes and was distressed to find a huge lump of a disgusting object (yet to be defined!) in the box.. I have been in email and telephonic contact with one of their customer care agents for 10 days, having sent photos, proof of purchase, proof of expiry date, etc. etc. I was promised that someone would collect the faulty product. I waited in the whole day, nobody arrived. I have been using Kellogg's over other name brands for decades, but this is the end!! I will NEVER purchase a Kellogg's product again. How shocking that nobody at the company seems interested or shows any assistance to see exactly what was in my product.

Creamline is selling rotten and sour full cream milk to customers. I bought a whole box of Creamline - at the heart of the dairy - full cream milk UHT Process Lactose Free log life milk. the container consisted of six (6) cartons of milk that I was forced to throw away. The sell by date is 05/06/2025 Shame on you, Creamline! I phoned the company, and they were not eager to help me with my complaint. Thet told me that it will take 5 working days for them to attend to a complaint. I promised the lady who I spoke to that I will not stop bringing this company and this rotten product under the attention of everybody who buys cartons of milk in SA. I checked the sell-by-date and the products have not expired yet. I will make double sure that the public knows about the rotten food which Creamline is selling. I hope that I can warn enough people not to buy Creamline again. The other tradename on the boxes of sour milk is KELLOG'S

If it was possible to give zero stars i would. I had sent an email to consumer.sa@kellogg.com informing them of the horrible experience i had when i had purchased a box of their mashup cereals. It was Kelloggs strawberry pops Kelloggs fruit loops and kellogs cornflakes mashup. I served everyone breakfast and everyone at the table refused to eat the cereal after taking the first bite. Its awful absolutely vile. I send an email to Kelloggs customer care, stating how unhappy i was. When i paid for the cereal my money was good, unfortunately the product wasnt i thought Kelloggs was a trusted brand now i know better. The consumer affairs department emailed me asking for batch number expiry dates and a picture of the cereal and the box and said rhe cereal will be collected and tested. I was not t asked when would be a convenient date and time to collect their product, I was simply informed that it would be collected and tested. The product has since expired and its still waiting to be collected by Kelloggs. I have even sent a follow-up email requesting further information. Till date i have received nothing. I will never buy another Kelloggs brand ever again.

I purchased my kellogg’s chicken noddles a week ago and I was disappointed to find mould on the noddles. This is huge health hazard and inspections must be done before the product is allowed to be put out there for consumers to buy
