I am extremely disappointed with the service from Kellogg’s regarding the R1,000 yuppiechef voucher I won on 23 June. Other winners from 29 June, including someone who entered with me, have already received their vouchers and even placed their orders. I have repeatedly tried to contact the team via Facebook DM, but my messages are being ignored and I receive no feedback or updates. This lack of communication is frustrating and unfair to customers who participated in good faith. I expected better service and transparency from a brand of this size. Please resolve this matter and send my voucher or provide a clear explanation for the delay.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I keep receiving from Takealot. This is NOT my first bad experience – it is my second. In a previous order, I bought a gas stove and the hose pipe was missing. I had to fight for almost a month before the items were collected and my account was finally credited. Now it has happened AGAIN! I ordered baby essentials and received my parcel today, only to find that two items are missing: • Toddler toothpaste (2 × 175 ml) – the box is clearly meant to contain two, but only ONE was inside. • Toddler toothbrushes – not delivered at all. It really feels like whenever I place a big order, something is always left out. As a customer, I should not have to panic every time I open a parcel and check if everything I paid for is there. I am especially upset because these are necessities for my child. Please resolve this urgently. I want the missing items delivered or refunded without another long struggle. Very unhappy customer.

This can be frustrating, especially when you rely on the internet for work or important tasks. That said, their WhatsApp support is responsive. When you reach out to them, they usually reply and explain what the issue is and provide updates. Communication could be improved by notifying customers in advance or during outages. Overall, good internet performance, but better outage communication would improve the experience.

They assisted me regarding my voucher via the engine 1app. Apparently it was an app error with the stations tried to redeem the voucher from. The customer representatives were really sympathetic, professional and helpful. I received exceptional service from them. Thank you.
I have won a competition on Facebook of 1k voucher with engen and loaded it on the 1app. I have not been able to use it since it's not working. I tried reaching out to the page and even tried to send an email no one is helping. I tried using it at different stations and nothing. This is very disappointing honestly and it has been long.
