Always terrible serv...
Always terrible service, managers don't know they own menu, waited more than 20 minutes for water and two waiters came and never come back to us, food quality is poor, everything was dry

MAC ROBERT AND STANDARD BANK ,WILL NOT REVERT BACK TO ME WITH MY ASKED INFO
Hi Below is my email to STANDARD BANKS ATTORNEYS [ MAC ROBERTS, WHO ARE NOT PROFFESSIONAL AT ALL ,ALWAYS DROPS MY CALLS AND NEVER KEEP TO THEIR WORD ] Hi As per our telephone conversation, I need the arrears on my Standard bank Revolving loan account ,so the account will divert back to Standard bank, Also as spoken to you regarding my insurance did not pay ,when I was dismissed in 2018 [ 4 Months of been at home and no insurance accommodated me ]and at that time I could not afford paying for the loan ,I have spoken to an attorney and she did verbal state I was treated unfairly and the manner that the loan was brought to MAC ROBERT ATTORNEYS was incorrect ,I do NOT want to take further action as I want answers or pay back from my insurance or for the account to heavily discount ,so I can pay it in full ,this account was always paid in full and on time, I can not go around in circle ,its either you sort this manner out with standard bank or I take further advice and legal action ,I can't be harassed all the time for money ,when I can NOT even feed myself and family ,my insurance and standard bank suppose to communicate with me before pushing or selling the loan to Mac Robert, I tried in 2019 to reach out to standard bank, but as usually they said call Mac Robert and as usually again, consultants from Mac Robert tells me call Standard bank, so I'm really tired off been pushed back and forth , I was just on a call with a consultant from STANDARD BANK ,after hearing my whole story ,she just goes silent, my airtime got finished and i am still left in the dark, the manner which standard bank ,lenders collection and they attorneys speak is unreal, I will never go back to standard bank or Mac Robert attorneys every again, Standard bank has not emailed me or SMS or attempted to call me before throwing me to Mac Robert attorney and this is against of constitutional right as per my attorney ,the insurance is place and paid in the agreement for a reason... Please treat this as URGENT and get back to me ASAP, Thanks.

CALL CENTRE LEVEL ON SERVICE
I AV BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT MTN CONTRACT CALL CENTRE FOR TWO DAYS NOW ..A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE SAYS SERVICES ARE CORRUPTED AN CALL CENTRE CLOSED WEN I DID MANAGE TO GET TO THE RINGING PART OF THE CALL I WAITED 1HOUR THEN TRIED AGAIN AN WAITED 45MINZ IF THEY ARE HAVING A HIGH CALL RATE IT CAN NEVER HAPPEN EVERYDAY CAUSE EVERYDAY IT SAYS ITS BUSY OR NEED TO WAIT THE SERVICE IS TREBBILE
