Só disappointed in Skechers!
I bought a pair of step-in Skechers and happily wore them for a few months. The one shoe started hurting my heel, and I discovered that there was a hole on the inside of the shoe. It was 3 months after I bought it that I took it back and said I want a replacement. It was send off and I was notified that I could come and pick out another pair of shoes. They did not have my previous pair in stock, also said they couldn't order it in from another store, and I had to pick something else. There was nothing I fancied, but no, they could return my money, so then I would have to pick tops or socks up to the value of R2250! Really! I thought that was pathetic customer service, after all, it was their shoes that gave in to start with! I ended up taking a pair of shoes I did not really like, plus some socks I did not really need.

Poor customer service and Shoe quality
Hi there. I wonder if you could help me. I bought a pair of sketcher for my son a month ago and the material on the inside of the shoe has already frayed. I tried to return it to the branch at mall of Africa however they’ve said it doesn’t qualify as a return as it’s not a manufacturing fault. While I understand that it’s not stitching etc that has come loose I find it hard to believe that for the price we paid for sketchers the material is not robust enough to withstand 3/4 wears. I was with my son for most of the time that he wore it as we were on holiday and he only used it while going out and not for sports or school etc. it’s very disappointing that we’ve wasted so much money on a shoe that doesn’t last when we’ve spent less on a school shoe that he plays sport in and wears everyday yet we haven’t experienced the same problem with that. The customer service was also really bad as I spoke to the manager Chris who was quite rude and brash. He blamed my son for hooking it in something which is clearly not the case when looking at the shoe. While I understand that usually kids are hard on their shoes. Surely an athletic shoe made for sport should be more robust?

Poor customer service and Shoe quality

Although there is an intial confirmation of the order - which when read carefully sounds like someone is not "English speaking. As genuine Skechers are manufactured in Vietnam this was not a surprise but should have been a warning signal because it is a South African website? I have come to the conclusion that this is a **** site? Nothing arrives after ordering. They do not reply to emails. I would think that the "Real" Skechers are getting a bad image. SUGGEST ONE DOES NOT PURCHASE FROM SKETCHERS FACTORY SHOP .CO.ZA.

Skechers Northgate sucks especiallly the manager Mogade.
Skechers Northgate refuses to credit me for a shoe that is extremely uncomfortable. The manager Mogade is the most unhelpful person alive. I am now stuck with a shoe I cannot wear. I don't see myself ever purchasing a skecher again. Please don't shop here. Use your money elsewhere and get better service.

This company is *****!!! - https://www.skechersfactoryshop.co.za/ I purchased a pair of sketchers in November and followed up on the delivery as I was told it would take 7 to 15 working days. Weeks later, I emailed this Sora person requesting a refund as the delivery was taking too long and she told me that she could not process my refund as the item had already shipped. Today when I checked on the tracking number, it shows that the item was delivered. I have NOT RECEIVED this package!!! This person Sora <Sora@foruhelp.com> is a *****. I have emailed this person requesting for a refund and also that I need proof as to where this order was delivered and still no response.

Be aware that this company. I used the "skecherssouthafricastores.co.za" website. Only after I made my payment, and got my payment received email from a Mia (mia@vipeuservices.com), I though to check for reviews on Hello Peter. I still hoped I would get my sneakers. But when I checked today, the website was closed down and Mia's email address does not exist anymore. You will never get the goods you have ordered. They claimed that they have delivered my sneakers, but I never received it. When I tried to reach out to Mia, I realised her email does no longer exist. DO NOT BUY FROM A SKECHERS SOUT AFRICAN WEBSITE.

Be aware that this company trades under various websites - skecherssouthafrica.co.za, skechersstoressouthafrica.co.za, skechersoutletsouthafrica.co.za. They are all **** websites. You will never get the goods you have ordered. They might claim that they have delivered the goods, but they cannot say when, to whom or name the courier company.
