my car was booked in to have a recall part changed. i was sent a reminder for the booking the day before. when i got there then they tell me that they do not have the part to do the change. i am still waiting for them to call me and rebook when they have the part
The service was very friendly, punctual and easy to use system
i have never had an account with MTN and being called by debit collectors for outstanding fees. They want me to take time out of my work because they did not follow proper FAIS regulations when they opened the account. they cannot even give me proof of me opening the account
the agent that called me for a policy did not get authorization form me to process the policy. spoke to three different people and i told all off them that i do not want the cover and they still debit my account. Collin was the first agent i spoke to that took my details then a lady that i cannot remember her name and she said she will send me the letter to confirm my request and then call me back to process the policy. then a guy phoned me to help cancel my old policy and i told him that i am still waiting for the letter before i proceed and he said he will get the agent to call me. Collin called me again and he said he cannot send me the letter and i told him to cancel. all is clearly stated on the recordings three times and they still debited my account. to cancel i must now wait for them to follow there procedures to get the money returned when they did not follow the procedures in the first place
I logged a fraud case and received receipt with a case number on the 10.01.2018 and still have not received any feedback. My name is still on ITC record for bad payment. It has been two months and the call center says that the cell number has been cancelled. I phoned the fraud department and still no response. all they can say is that they will get back to me.
<p>the response is what they say the contract is but is not what the agent and her supervisor told me when i took out the contract and they are not listening to the original call. they are still charging me for calls and will now take it legally.</p>

<p>this is a follouop review where the call centre lieds about the bennifits on the contract for you take the contract. i am still awaiting them to call me back on the chargers for the calls on my line - my number is ********** 608 and ********** 187</p>
