I signed up for Skillshare's free trial and tried to cancel before it ended, but the cancellation button disappeared from the platform, making it impossible to cancel. I recorded the issue and sent the screen recording to their support team.
Over the past eight months, I repeatedly contacted them to explain the problem and request a refund, but they kept denying my attempts to cancel. I even provided evidence of other users experiencing the same issue. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund or confirm the cancellation of my account. They have since stopped responding to my emails.
This is a clear example of poor customer service and ********* subscription practices. I would not recommend Skillshare to anyone.
