I signed up for Skillshare's free trial and tried to cancel before it ended, but the cancellation button disappeared from the platform, making it impossible to cancel. I recorded the issue and sent the screen recording to their support team. Over the past eight months, I repeatedly contacted them to explain the problem and request a refund, but they kept denying my attempts to cancel. I even provided evidence of other users experiencing the same issue. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund or confirm the cancellation of my account. They have since stopped responding to my emails. This is a clear example of poor customer service and ********* subscription practices. I would not recommend Skillshare to anyone.

I have been trying to cancel my account for months, but have been unable to. Every time I go to "manage my subscription" the cancel subscription button dissappears. It is not my device, nor my computer settings, nor my browser. I have used various different options to try and resolve this problem. I want my subscription canceled and my money back

They take out money but promised to pay back 50%, but now they send another mail saying they cant refund, a bunch of money takers. While I'm unable to issue a full refund per our refund policy, as a one-time exception, I can issue a 50% refund on the most recent charge and keep your membership active. If you’d like to take that offer, I’ll process a partial refund of $12.00 USD on your most recent charge, and your next year of Skillshare will be only $12.00 USD . Skillshare are the biggest bunch of ******. I never signed up for the service. I got no value after the 7 day trail and cancelled. They ignored this instruction and continued to deduct funds. In an email they acknowledged the mistake and said they will refund. I have not received the refund and they did not cancel the debit order. I have to dispute the deduction every month with my bank to get funds repaid at huge bank cost. The bank said I must cancel my card otherwise the deduction will continue. How can this ********* company exist! They should be banned from the internet
