Skillshare: Cannot cancel subscription once subscribed

I have been trying to cancel my account for months, but have been unable to. Every time I go to "manage my subscription" the cancel subscription button dissappears.

It is not my device, nor my computer settings, nor my browser. I have used various different options to try and resolve this problem.

I want my subscription canceled and my money back
