I have been trying to cancel my account for months, but have been unable to. Every time I go to "manage my subscription" the cancel subscription button dissappears. It is not my device, nor my computer settings, nor my browser. I have used various different options to try and resolve this problem. I want my subscription canceled and my money back
Please stop with the automated messages!! I get these calls daily and it is so impersonal!

I accidentally double booked two plane tickets when my computer froze. Phoning them immediately to inform them of the problem, I was told that an investigation would take place to determine what happened. After endless phone calls, the person told me that he would not refund me, but will give me credit in the form of a Travel Bank. I informed him that I will not be flying anytime soon after this and that I would like to get my money back. He then suggested that I sell the ticket and just change the name. After finding someone who was willing to buy the ticket from me, I was then informed that they no longer allow people to change the ownership of a ticket. Now, because of their incompetence and because unlike EVERY other air travel company, they don't change the ownership of a ticket, I just flushed all that money down the toilet. The ticket has been cancelled so they will still seat someone on \my"seat and to me"
