After a sales consultant negligence on wrong excess on car insurance, which took days to sort out, after I decided to accept the premium offer and excess amount, after providing them with my address and after two contracts sent with wrong address noted down from them, they call and say that cause of the place you are in, that the premium goes up by R15, I mentioned I do not want it. To rectify a problem like that, a lady by the name of Tiffany calls and says she is helping and will come back after her manager listens to the voice calls, these guys takes hours and a day passes and then leaves a voice call to say they busy and will get back tomorrow regarding the added R15 etc. Outsurance seriously you guys need to wake up you claim to be the best of 26 years. I cleary told them, if they going to add that R15 to my premium, stop my insurance, let the 25th of May be the last.
Outsurance, it's going on the 3rd day now, no proper decision made. Promised made to bring down premium and excess after one of the staff didn't explain properly.
I purchased a few pairs of shoes online last night which was paid for, then I get an email stating that there was a glitch in their system and it was a human error. And asking for my account details for a refund. That is not my problem.
Bed was bought from the bedshop in sommset west and a 2nd mattress was delivered to me. Its only a few weeks now and the bed is sinking. The regional manager mentioned that an inspector from Sealy needs to come view the bed and only once he gives approval it take some time 7-14 working days to get money back. I tried to get hold of Sealy but no help.
The Bed Shop Sommerset West I paid for my bed yesterday and the lady at the shop named Andiswa said bed will arrive at 10;30am the. She called said the driver didn't come and that she got another driver, then said driver will ce at 11:30am and until now he didn't come, called and said driver got a puncture. You guys suck with times, I am still waiting for my bed to come and these guys closes at 1pm. Failure to deliver my bed today, I will escalate this on Hellopeter. I had to go to the shop about 45min ago and ask why the delay. Andisiwe made mention that the driver is on his way, she cleary spoke lies to my wife and I yesterday. She mentioned the bed Is in the shop. About 20min ago they delivered the bed, they are using a contractor driver and not their own. The driver mentioned they had no puncture and that Andisiwe from the bed shop told them to go to Table View to get the bed. Now this bed is damaged on side. I signed on the invoice together with the driver that bed is damaged.
I would like the people out there to be very careful. Rather be safe than sorry. My last debit order was on 25th October 2024 and two debits went off. Those were the last payments. I requested a paid off letter of which I received on 29 October 2024. As I was going through my bank payments now i see this African Bank debited another R259.35 ON 13 November 2024.This literally *****ing. @African Bank you guys need to wake up. You cannot do such, how many other poeple are getting hit this way. I want my money back.
The owner that chats on whatsapp is very unprofessional and his tech that drives the blue car is rude. *** service.
Useless customer care service. I called customer service and asked for a debited order to be done if if there is an outstanding amount. I also asked if i continue paying an account as per installments every month will it be paid up even though i am aware of the full amount, the lady says she does not know how dom can she be.
When i had an incident in 2021 through the insurance Keith Panel Shop in Durban put om a **** headlight and not a original, further more in that time i escalated it cause it was misting. Now i am having the same problem for months. I escalated this to Keith Panel Shop in Durban they say the insurance needs to sort. This is the reason i cancelled with King Price. They do not put original stuff in your car. @Kingprice you guys need to sort this out.
