Money Taken

They take out money but promised to pay back 50%, but now they send another mail saying they cant refund, a bunch of money takers.

While I'm unable to issue a full refund per our refund policy, as a one-time exception, I can issue a 50% refund on the most recent charge and keep your membership active.
