Avoid Metrofibre -they will de***** you. My experience with Metrofibre started promising 6 months ago. I am desperate to get internet fibre to my business. It soon became clear that Metrofibre **** about when, how and by who fiber was going to be installed at my premises. I was forced to sign a contract before the installation company start start laying the cables. I don't have fibre in other words no valif contract. Yet Metrofibre *******ly deducted R 8898.03 form my account on the 17 November. This is theft which they call an administrative error. There is no way of contacting any person of authority at Metrofibre. I am now forced to get my bank to do a ***** investigation and institute legal action against Metrofibre to get them to pay me back. They are a bunch of ************, *********** *******.
Don't purchase anything online from Incredible Connection. I purchased a discounted product online for R999. Good price but a nightmare ensued. They informed after a few days that they do not have the product I must cancel the order. I confirmed the cancellation. I spend hours trying to get somebody to assist with the refund. Call center is useless & they do not respond to emails and the WhatsApp bot is useless. I tried all channels in an attempt to get some service. In the end I took a chance and managed to get a human response response through Facebook messenger. I explained that the order was cancelled and I purchased the product in a incredible connection store. Obviously I wanted a refund. Email communication regarding the refund ensued. I was relieved that I may get my refund after 3 weeks of time wasting. The next day I received a mail titled ''the wait is almost over'' informing me that the order cancelled by Incredible connection will be shipped to me soon. I got the new order number and phone number of the person that would resolve the problem by stopping the shipping and doing the refund. I struggled to get hold of this person and was surprised to get a call the next day from a salesperson in HiFi corporation in Durban ***? He informed me that the cancelled order was shipped. I was forced to receive the item, take it to the nearest Incredible connection and they would do the refund. I took the unopened package to the store in Canal Walk. They provided me with a credit note of some kind. I had to provide them with stamped bank account confirmation letter which I did. The end of the debacle was near I thought. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the refund. I did send them numerous mails with no response. Still waiting for the refund. - basically 6 weeks since they cancelled the order. Avoid doing business with Incredible Connection!!! Spare yourself the misery
Skillshare are the biggest bunch of ******. I never signed up for the service. I got no value after the 7 day trail and cancelled. They ignored this instruction and continued to deduct funds. In an email they acknowledged the mistake and said they will refund. I have not received the refund and they did not cancel the debit order. I have to dispute the deduction every month with my bank to get funds repaid at huge bank cost. The bank said I must cancel my card otherwise the deduction will continue. How can this ********* company exist! They should be banned from the internet
I received the bill and to my horror I was billed full price even though I never agreed to paying the so called expert.
