Lying to patients and withholding proper treatment
I did the RID diet with Dr Mauritz. Only when a friend did the same diet did I realise that he did not give me the required vitamin injections over the 2 month period that I was required to get it, every 2 weeks. I logged a complaint with head office only to be told that they are sorry and I must now, months later go to Parkhurst to get the injections. I live in Lenasia. This meant a 40 minute drive for their fault. Dr Mauritz charged me the same as everyone else yet deliberately failed to give me the service. And it took weeks if not months for them to respond to my query And I was simply told he forgot. I got absolutely no compensation from them. Pathetic for a supposedly reputable business.

Looking at previous communication with you, we would still like to offer six vitamin injections at intervals of two weeks (ideally). These can be administered at any of our clinics that are convenient for you at the time. Our West Rand clinic would be the nearest to Lenasia.

Yet I am expected to travel 40 minutes every 2 weeks to accommodate this. This is still most disappointing. My message was clearly not read no addressed.
