Melanoclear weird new formula?
The Melanoclear serum used to be my holy grail for stubborn marks. This used to be my favourite Skin Functional product! The results were gradual but consistent, it was the only product that effectively treated my hormonal hyper***mentation. Unfortunately, the latest formula seems to have changed to a very very watery consistency without any notice to customers. After just two days of use, I developed breakouts on my cheeks and a fine, red, itchy rash across my face. Throughout the day my face got puffy. Something that’s never happened with the old formulation. Again, nothing was put on the website about the change in formula. I had to spend huge amounts of money on La Roche Posay products to calm my skin down. Such a pity, this was once a truly reliable product. Such an unnecessary change.

As we advised o email and WhatsApp the formulation has not chnaged since the launch of this product We have made the product less viscous as some customers were having trouble extracting the product from the packaging. This does not involve any change in the formulation. Any formulation change that we make to any products we ensure that we send out 360 communication to customers so they are aware.
