I normally purchase the skin republic foot peel from Clicks in Store. With the pandemic, I purchased it online. When I put the booties on, it didn't feel like there was sufficient solution in, & I put it down to the Company cutting back or probably improving the solution, or I got a bad batch (which will teach me to purchase online), & left it on for the max duration. After 10 days my feet barely started peeling. I notified Clicks, who notified the Manufacturer. I was pleasantly surprised when Tim Wilson from skin Republic called to apologize, and offered to send me a replacement, as well as a few other products to pamper with. Now that is redeeming your product name to your customers so that they may continue using your products. I must admit, I didn't expect anything in return, as was going to buy another 1 to try 1 last time to make sure it was just a bad batch. Thank you Tim Wilson and Skin Republic
