<p>The receptionist (African lady) had a bad attitude on the phone when I called her back to try and cancel my appointment. It was only due 3 hours from the time I made the cancellation but she made it seem as though I called 10 minutes before. I explained to her the reason for my cancellation and told her it was because I had other errands I was still running and I was afraid I would run late for my appointment. I also had an international flight I had to catch and was worried that I wouldn't make it at the airport on time knowing how hectic Joburg traffic can be. She was so upset with me on the phone she even went as far as to quickly brush me off and hung up on my ear! I was very disappointed in their customer service.</p>
