Pathetic service. Their drivers don’t deliver to your door even when you specifically request them to. What is the point of shopping online for convenience if you have to go out of your way to get what you paid for???
Really disappointed in their service especially since I’m a loyal customer. Bought a oak & white tv unit from the store and was only told a week later that they won’t be making it anymore at all so I should pick another one. Since I specifically wanted that particular color I saw one that was R400 more. They didn’t have any other ones in the same price range in the color I want & they didn’t even apologize, give me a discount or give it to me at not extra cost like other companies have previously done for me due to the fact that it was their fault. What a disappointment especially because I bought 5 other items the same day as well.

I have an outstanding amount for my FNB credit card that I’ve been paying off for monthly. I’m currently searching for property and have been requested to seek a payment arrangement letter from MBD which I did long ago and still have not received after many new excuses and stories as to why have not sent it yet. And yet they can call me 5 times a day to harrass me for payments!
Takes them weeks to deliver something as simple as 2 chairs. We keep hearing excuses and it has cost us a lot as we now keep having to outsource these items. Was going to use them for a larger order as well thinking that supporting black businesses is good but clearly not worth the risk.
The worst people I’ve ever had to deal with. Peter Hatting and his wife Debbie Trollip are crooks. Paid R30k for them to build a food trailer for our business in Jan 2017 but cancelled the order in April due to their delay. They keep lying about everything and now are always giving us the run around when we want our money back. We aren’t their first victims apparently and I wouldn’t advise anyone in Port Elizabeth or anywhere to use their services.
Placed an order on the 4th of October 2018 and still haven’t received my order yet. No correspondence or updates of my order either. Useless people who don’t respond to emails or answer calls. They don’t even give you a tracking number. If you’re thinking of using them please don’t. Wasted my time and money.
Its been a year now and I still havent received my lit box & wifi range extender as advertiesed. Telkom are serious crooks and need to be shut down. More than half of their customers complain about their appaling service!
