Bizarre delivery delay..
Ordered and paid for a mere 300 business cards over 2 weeks ago. Delivery date (as per website) scheduled for 2 December. Taking into account this is a Saturday, I enquired today (4Dec) about the status of my order. This is the reply : “ We have your items but we need a specific courier bag to send it to your location. We are waiting on the courier company to deliver some bags for us and we will have it dispatched as soon as possible.” Now I’ve never heard of special bags for business cards, so I curiously enquire about what this exactly entails. Again, here’s the reply: “ We use blue bags for main areas and then grey bags for outlining areas. We are waiting on the grey bags from our courier.” Hopefully I can update this review with more stars, though at present this is a pretty lame response for a delayed delivery of a small, so uncomplicated order from a self-styled “leader in the branding industry “.

Very Happy!
I was sceptical after seeing some reviews so only ordered a small amount. I have to say that when the goods arrived I was very very happy with the results and have placed another order. Cant fault them on the items but would like it if the supply/delivery time could be less. I ordered on 30th Oct and received on 16th Nov. Otherwise no complaints!!

Very Happy!

Not so wunderbar... Shamefully! Their website allows you to design your own stickers which I found lovely and practical. However... I recieved my order late, with not excuse, apologies or explanation. And I received a different color sticker to what I ordered. I sent an email with images to compare what I've ordered and what I eventually received just to be told that they think it's identical, when it clearly isn't close to identical.

Bad Customer Service
I cancelled my order via email, they called and we spoke. They concluded that my money will be transferred within 5 days, it’s been 2 weeks now. When I call their office they don’t answer my calls

Update to follow
I ordered labels from Wunderlabel last month and i had to follow up on when my delivery would be considered i am not always home.Fine the estimated date of delivery was 14th i emailed and was told theres an influx of orders etc and couldn’t guarantee delivery 14th.Okay cool,they send an email on the 15th that order was dispatched.Mind you i have an emergency for these labels and 16th is a public holiday into the weekend.This morning the status of my package has not at all changed,still at the depot and I call the courier company and someone so rude just transfers me to customer service and I am on hold for a good 10 minutes.I call Wunderlabel whose phone doesn’t go through,i email no response so they can follow up with this in despicable courier company and still nothing….. This happened before and my package was stuck at the depot for a good week until they lost my parcel!!! Lets wait and see if this one eventually arrives!
