A package of mine couriered on the 15th of Dec locally within CT is suspiciously lost.This courier is a scam,avoid headache by avoiding this company!I have been robbed !
I ordered labels from Wunderlabel last month and i had to follow up on when my delivery would be considered i am not always home.Fine the estimated date of delivery was 14th i emailed and was told theres an influx of orders etc and couldn’t guarantee delivery 14th.Okay cool,they send an email on the 15th that order was dispatched.Mind you i have an emergency for these labels and 16th is a public holiday into the weekend.This morning the status of my package has not at all changed,still at the depot and I call the courier company and someone so rude just transfers me to customer service and I am on hold for a good 10 minutes.I call Wunderlabel whose phone doesn’t go through,i email no response so they can follow up with this in despicable courier company and still nothing….. This happened before and my package was stuck at the depot for a good week until they lost my parcel!!! Lets wait and see if this one eventually arrives!
Guys this company is a SCAM they employ thieves.So many times drivers collect our money and do not update on their application.Now we sit with unprocessed payments and sometimes the drivers never arrive and eat our food and now we have to pay!!!that is bull!SHAME ON YOU UBEREATS!!!!
I was harrassed and threatened by a driver named KITANGA for not having changed money.He threatened to stab me because i ddnt have change for him even after I messaged to ask him to bring change.I walked to a nearby shop to get him change,he delivered the food took my money and still didnt complete order on the app.Now ubereats you want to charge me twice for this lying thieving driver!!!I am reporting this to the authorities tomorrow because m sure m not the first or the last this guy has harrassed like this.if it wasnt for my husband who came out this guy would have hurt me over food!
Scammers!!!An order is resubmitted for production and noone updates you and for some reason reference number not on the system.Just refund my money,yall are incompetent!
Many thanks to Mandisa and team for the job well done in making sure our device was safely delivered to us.We had our ups and downs but Mandisa even though we gave her so much trouble maintained her calmness and we are happy and so glad to be a part of the Ikhokha family.
After spending hundreds of rands to get airtime to call this company,no customer care NADA,i provide an updated delivery address for a machine but still agent sends to the WRONG address.My partner queried the matter with RAM couriers but up to this day a machine purchased last week Monday already is just in circles without being delivered.Noone calls you with feedback,once they pocket the money they dont care.You will even spend more trying to get your machine than the other way around.Agents there are incompetent,just warming seats and doing nothing!
With most service providers after feeling our wifi was compromised we could log onto the backend on our pc and change passwords. So we decided to change our wifi password and logged into our account but to no avail.Instead our wifi connection was lost since Friday.This morning we told a technician will come on site to rectify the problem for a charge. Firstly what king of service provider doesnt allow consumer to change their own passwords.Where in the TandCs is it written you cannot change passwords by yourself.We have to call them to request a password change really.Already a nightmare with 3 days without wifi and still paying for a service which is not rendered!!!!and still want us to pay for a technician to come fix it. YALL MUST BE JOKING,YOU ARE SCAMMERS!
Pathetic courier service.Waited on a package since morning only to see on the status that falied to deliver and phone unavailable.Had to call agent to update delivery address and yet still wherever they went they said phone was unavailable and yet noone attempted to call!Such disgusting lies.How does a reputable company do such with peoples packages.
Excellent service from Nivania Pillay.Fast and efficient and very patient too.Got out machine activated hassle free.Keep up the good work.
