I have the worse experience ever since i have acxepted their solution but i have put myself into a forever problem ,their communication is worse i have serious issues with my car finance that theybare also managing the debt but no one is giving me answers but theybare deducting my money everymonth but i am still owing mfc til today i have forwarded them the email but no response
This company is a **** ,if you have a problem they don't pick up their calls or answer their whatsapp mesaages they blue tick you not even reassure you to get back to you ,when they respond they don't finish your queries or find solution to it they will.leave u hanging, i have find that they paid my mfc acc R1000 some months which is definitely a low amount from the agreement ,they are useless and here to cause more problems to someone who already have financial issues
I must say ordering on takealot these is just a horrible experience ,gone those days when u order at the next day yout order will be moving to the next level in 3 days one will be recieving their orders even if its a standard delivery but now u have to patiently wait for 5 days your to move to the next level ,look like the more they are into business is the more they lack good service providing,tjey make this online ordering a bkring experience i am not impresa at all
How long does it take fnb to investigate and transfer funds to a normal fnb acc after the owner has signed that all the money to be sent to a certain acc since he is no longer trust the acc he has with fnb as it has been giving issues after the other with the money in the acc...... Ref 6490288NF
It is so scary what FNB does to people, til to date the case reported unresolved and the make my partner go up n down to RMB using borrowed money while he has the money with fnb they are sending him pillar to post the guy is even loosing hope, last they sent him an sms showing how much money he has like a notification when you withdrawing money with high hopes he was happy that his case is finally resolved and tol him he will access the money in 48hours that was sometime beginning of January but today no money and he doesn't have a clue of what is going on because he is tired of asking and follow up, FNB release Thendo 's money with your useless banker who she doesn't even have a clue what she is talking about her time frame and estimations are just non existing.
I would to appreciate PEP stores by their way of advertising tbeir cellphones, i am not in marketing and adverti*****ts but i find it so impressive their way of advertising their phones on their display in their stores they are showing the e back of their smartphones of which as a buyer i am interested to see the back of the smartphone even when i have google what phone i wanna buy but physical and internet vision can never be the same, i found myself in need of a smartphone this past month Dec 2024 i went to tfg store "sportscene" ghaa bad adverti*****t their phones are showing the front view Gosh all smartphones are similar looking them from the view i even bought a redmi 13c from sportscene and i have already sold it worse they not allowed to gibe u time to look n compare the phones as they are locked that what they said i guess its for safety but when i got to PEP on the 31st i was so impressed both 2 PEP i went to in vryheid they advertise the same and it is good i eended up buying my lovely Honor x6b phone which i love too bit simce i am a long client of hauwei's. Thi case still remain unresolve, Sunward Park ,Boksburg FNB manager has told my oartner that he should expect money to be in his acc and to access money from 10th Dec to 11 Dec up to this far nothing positive to wrote about it look like another empty answer or response given to him and at this to tell the truth he is desparate for this money which his ,many acc and people need to be paid but FNB they real are playing him big time and its not even a joke ,i do not know how can we withraw every cent from FNB and go to another bank.Imagine this to get to a point where a man cries tears for his money it is hard to be black shame that i am still emphasizing.From.being able to access the acc in August and that was last tl today can not resolve the issue
FNB is one hell of a headache bank one can ever deal with , my partner is back and forth with FNB they blocked his acc and the whole salary is trapped there its been 2 months now the house bond is not paid n house services ,we have a 3 months child that he has not took care of financial due to the fact that he has no money with him all the savings and the salary is trapped with fnb when he asked them how lonv to widraw from savings ,he is told until the acc is unlocked its has been since 25th again up and down now i am not sure if they are doing this to black customers where they have to send them pillar to post the guy cant even go to work no money for petrol he can even afford food at this point.They cant even activate his app ,he is being told about the system that still going to take time to resolve his acc ,what the hell is even that. Netstar tracker company handed over my name to lawyers after i have tried to call them to tell them that the bank account register is no longer working can they change the acc so that we arrange a debit but no one even called to tried and get to know if i have an issue with an acc,i went on their whatsapp got a ref to be called in 48hours and no one did ,wrote on their page on twitter still no assistance, only yesterday i got a statement of how much i owe and i made a payment immediately after finally seeing their banking details. I am so disappointed that they handed my acc to their lawyers when they did not even try to call me.I can not wait to cancel their pathetic tracker.They couldn't even call me for notification when i was removing the battery from my car changing to a new battery.
They managed to work with in bringing down my premiums
