Nuisance company
What a nuisance company that brought financial problems. I wonder why they name themselves debt solutions instead of Horrible debt problems. ****ming customers into signing an agreement on false information. Do they even assess the financial evaluation before phoning customers. They *********** from management Renier Mark Bernado it's pointless to even escalate to him. They mess up your credit record.

Bad communication
I have the worse experience ever since i have acxepted their solution but i have put myself into a forever problem ,their communication is worse i have serious issues with my car finance that theybare also managing the debt but no one is giving me answers but theybare deducting my money everymonth but i am still owing mfc til today i have forwarded them the email but no response

I received great service from this company. It started a bit rocky in the beginning but now all is good. Their customer service department gave excellent service. I am now enjoying my savings through this program.

This company is a **** ,if you have a problem they don't pick up their calls or answer their whatsapp mesaages they blue tick you not even reassure you to get back to you ,when they respond they don't finish your queries or find solution to it they will.leave u hanging, i have find that they paid my mfc acc R1000 some months which is definitely a low amount from the agreement ,they are useless and here to cause more problems to someone who already have financial issues

True North Debt Review operates outside South African law
This company has called me and got my information and my personal information against my will or knowledge which is against South African law. When I asked the lady where she got my information, she said a database. I have opted out of all marketing. First of All, I am not under debt review. Secondly. She put the phone down in my ear when I asked her which company is selling my information. I have opted out of All Marketing.
