Please deliver my order
I have ordered from this business in the past and always received my orders in time, however recently i have experienced delays and now there is a permanent delay and they do not reply to my messages on whats app anymore. i ordered a mirror on the 2nd of June 2025 and requested that it be delivered with my current order. to date i have not received the mirror. i was told stories about a delay due to the mirrors breaking while being transported. now when i follow up im told my mirror was delivered and when i try explain i am ignored. please be careful when you order from these people

Customer Hell with MTN and Rewards co/ Mondo
i ordered a cellphone contract from MTN Online and i was called by an agent from Rewards Co to process my application and everything was fine. i was then told to expect my device within 3 working days. it has since been two weeks and there is no communication from the service provider. i have to call and hold to get updates and most of the time when i call their system is offline or i get an answering message that says i have caught them outside their operating hours even if it is still within their operating hours. their latest update is that i must expect an agent to call me. this experience was so frustrating and i do not wish it on anyone

The Telkom Big Rip off
<p>i got the Telkom March big deal, which gave me a mifi router and 5 gigs of data every month for only R99 or so i thought, fast forward to september telkom debits R1700 from my account which i immediatly reversed and now they are sending me to the debt collectors.</p> <p>in a time where data is so expensive i was seduced by telkoms cheap prices and i thought fairytales did exist only to find out it was just another scam. i am very disappointed in Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me resolve this.</p>
