A delivery company that fails to deliver

Horrible service from this courier and Hi-Fi Corporation. My order was meant to be delivered on 08/04/2026. Only a few items were delivered but the biggest item was "out for delivery" the whole day on 08/04/2026 then sent back to the warehouse. No delivery attempts were made with me and I'm not receiving any information regarding an item I have already paid for. Their customer service is a joke
