Poor Service – Skooch Couriers Failed to Deliver Parcel, No Feedback & Unreachable Contact Details
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Skooch Couriers.
My parcel was scheduled to be delivered on 05 January 2026, however, up until now I have not received it. What makes the situation worse is that I have received no feedback or communication regarding the whereabouts or status of the parcel.
I have also attempted to contact Skooch Couriers using the contact details provided, but their phone numbers and/or contact channels are not working. This makes it impossible to follow up or obtain assistance, which is completely unacceptable for a courier service.
There has been no explanation for the delay, no updates, and no confirmation as to whether the parcel is delayed or lost. The lack of communication, combined with unreachable contact details, reflects extremely poor customer service.
I am requesting:
Immediate feedback on the location of my parcel:
A clear explanation for the delay
A confirmed delivery date or confirmation if the parcel has been lost
