I recently purchased a Oh so bubbly SKOON refill cleanser from Faithful to Nature
I recently purchased a Oh so bubbly SKOON refill cleanser from Faithful to Nature. I specifically bought the refill as it was on special and I wasn't sure that I wanted to change from my trusted brand. I received an insipid thin liquid . I contacted FTN explaining that I think the incorrect product was packaged into the refill. After much investigation I was told the product was indeed this insipid liquid that foams up if used with their specific dispenser. Long story short it was not advertised that you need the specific dispenser. SKOON sent unsympathetic email suggesting the only resolve was that I purchase a full new cleanser so that when it was finished I could refill it. They weren't even prepared to let me purchase or provide me with an empty container in order to give their product the benefit of the doubt. I will never support SKOON and doubt I will purchase from FTN either again.

SKOON SKINCARE AND CBD IN THEIR PRODUCTS
Skoon added cbd to theor products. Yes it's on the outside table, however in lookomg at thr ingredients it does not tell you the strength or source. I am on many medications and only used the product 3 times when it clashed with the medication I am taking There is no warning to consult your doctor before using cbd I contacted them amd said the responsibility rest on the consumer.. CBD it not regulated therefore their thinking it can be used however because I don't knkw thr strength or if it may contain THC There is alon no under 18 lable on and as far as I know CBD can only purchased by adults It interacted so badly with my medication I had a psychotic episodes . Theor products are great and there is no science behind CBD actually being beneficial in skincare. There could be hundreds of people who may have had an adverse effect and not pit it down to thr CBD . They refuse to see the dangers it can cause . A small warning label would cost them a few cents . Like please consult yoir doctor before using this product. They can't get away with this

SKOON customer service is a far cry from their skin care products
Great skin care product but have you tried returning a faulty bottle completely unused?! This has been going on for almost a month and it’s still not resolved and the faulty bottle STILL has not been collected which I offered to drop off at their address but was assured their courier company would collect timeously. No refund, not a single phone call received at any point, just a girl hiding behind an email. “Customer experience” my @ss!

Great skin care product but have you tried returning a faulty bottle completely unused?! SKOON you impress me!
I have been a loyal supporter of SKOON skincare products since their inception, and they never fail to impress me! You order one day and they deliver the next. When asking for a sample, (because Woolworths who is now also a stockist, but forever out of stock on the item I want, never seem to have samples), Meredith was super helpful in sending me a few samples of new products to test before I buy. Thank you Meredith, for your very prompt & efficient service. Their products are a bit pricey, but I will rather look at saving somewhere else in my budget. My very sensitive skin reacts so well to the product, I never have this sticky feeling to my skin and my skin is looker better than ever.

Website has an option to chat to someone and then it says they'll respond with 20 minutes... Had the experience that my query was only replied to the next day. After I eventually got a response I replied for further info but still no feedback.
