I bought a Hike & Strike from them
I bought a Hike & Strike from them. The item malfunctioned and spat flames out the front and then stopped working. Several calls and written communication with them where they promise to get back to me yet they don't. Product faulty and service terrible.

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* SKOON *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I recently purchased a Oh so bubbly SKOON refill cleanser from Faithful to Nature. I specifically bought the refill as it was on special and I wasn't sure that I wanted to change from my trusted brand. I received an insipid thin liquid . I contacted FTN explaining that I think the incorrect product was packaged into the refill. After much investigation I was told the product was indeed this insipid liquid that foams up if used with their specific dispenser. Long story short it was not advertised that you need the specific dispenser. SKOON sent unsympathetic email suggesting the only resolve was that I purchase a full new cleanser so that when it was finished I could refill it. They weren't even prepared to let me purchase or provide me with an empty container in order to give their product the benefit of the doubt. I will never support SKOON and doubt I will purchase from FTN either again.

Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Bonitas Medical Fund *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Again one is left battling with new applications for this Medical Scheme. Agile health who administers the schemes application process are not answering their phones at this CRITICAL time of the year. How is it that other schemes can get it right yet every year since the start of Agile Health administering the scheme December is even more of a nightmare than the rest of the year which is also a nightmare when it comes to applications. Bonitas is otherwise a good scheme but Agile Health let's the team down. EVERY SINGLE time I have a new application it is a nightmare to deal with them. I so wish they would get this sorted or get someone who can actually administer the application process like it should be managed.

Bonitas underwriting department is shocking
Bonitas underwriting department is shocking. Administered by Agile Health it is a nightmare to get the simplest application sorted out. A client came to me who urgently needs a heart operation declined by Bonitas and on a group scheme he approached me to assist as he wasn't receiving the necessary assistance from his group scheme. He is a dependent on the partners Medical Aid. The best way for me to assist was to move him from individual capacity. Bonitas requires a complete new application to be done in this case. It is now one month later and this has not been resolved. Between Agile Health and Bonitas. . I have explained the urgency of the matter over and over to Agile Health and Bonitas. They just don't get that it is a Bon to Bon application and I have never dealt with a Medical Aid as *********** in the underwriting department as Bonitas since it is administered by Agile Health !!!
