Although the Park was incredibly busy and hot, everyone that we dealt with was very proffesional and polite. It can be seen that a lot of training has taken place on the client services side and the results are being seen. Well Done - we are proudly South African !

What an absolute disappointment!! We went into the shop to purchase binoculars, while waiting in the que Sipho one of the guys who work in the shop shoved a more expensive brand into my hand and said that one is better, i told him the one i have is sufficient for what i want to use it for then he continued to tell me i shoulf remeber his face when im dissapointed in my purchase and I'm making a mistake buying the cheaper one, i asked him why the sell a bunch of different brands etc if that specific one is the best?? Then when we moved to the till to pay he continues to tell the guy behind us that it's a mistake and basically dissing us for purchasing a '' cheaper'' one. Why must i spend R2 500 on the same thing just a different brand and something i don't use daily just for the purpose of using it in the park... I did my research and the brand we took (Tasco) is well knoen and recommended by many the only function being it's not water proof...

Big thumbs up and job well done to all Skukuza Safari Lodge Employees. Thank you so much for going the extra mile and going out of your way to help us when we were in need. I cannot express how grateful we are for all your efforts. Thank you to all involved.

We stayed in Skukuza camping area. What a terrible experience with the employees residence next to it. Screaming, shouting and partying till late night. Absolutely pathetic. I would give this camping sight a zero if I could. Dont come here and expect a peacfull evening or night rest. Tou might as well camp next to a sports bar.

Had to wait more than an hour to be served at the restaurant at Skukuza camp and they were 50% occupied. Never ever will return to that restaurant
