I bought a set of skullcandy headphones in May 2013. The cover started to perish and one of the headphones came loose. I found the box and invoice and remembered when I bought them I was told they carry a lifetime warranty. I went to Luks Brands to get it fixed / replaced under the lifetime warranty and was told that they only have a 2 year warranty. For the last 2 weeks been emailing the company with a photo of box clearly stating LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY but they refuse to budge, saying this product only carry a 2 year warranty. Surely lifetime is not 2 years.
This is the last email from them before closing the ticket and saying the matter is resolved. I will never buy a product from this company again.

Unfortunately your warranty period has leaps. Please note old packaging say LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY which its 2yr warranty. You do qualify for a 30% discount on your next Skullcandy purchase.
