warranty problems

Really disappointed in Skullcandy. Bought a set of Skullcandy grind pit viper on their online store and when I open-end the box the one earbud didn't work from the beginning. I send it in for warranty, waited almost a week with no response and when I contacted them about it they don't want to replace it with the same color or I must wait 2 weeks till they get stock. Its now been 4 weeks, every week they tell me they don't have stock but they're website says there is stock. don't understand and they're customer service is totally unacceptable
