Poor service and communication

My wife and I wanted an amendment on our ANC and we approached Mr. Chris Fischer. We started this process in May 2020. It is now March 2022 and we still don’t have our ANC. They have appalling communication and it seems as though they have forgotten about holding up their end of the bargain. I get that things take time and we started the process during the first lockdown but it is almost 2 years. I paid for their services and the service I am getting well below par.
