Shocking Customer Service

I had a consultation with Mr Philip Smith in December 2020 to request trust documents and updated will. It has been an uphill battle just to get feedback and updates regarding the progress. Eventually the will was finalized in Feb 2021. I am still awaiting any feedback regarding the trust documents submitted in July 2021. Customer service does not seem to be a priority.
