Bed sinking in and it’s been rotated monthly as you recommended
My name is Millicent I bought a bed restonic Bali last year on the 14 of October in January this year noticed the bed sinking in and decided to inform the store in sky city of the problem they logged they query on my behalf with the supplier res tonic and was requested to send pictures of which I did feedback was not provided I then went back to the store was told need to rotate the bed every month they won’t refund/exchange am not happy with the bed it’s I hardly a year and the bed still sink in regardless of it being rotated,I will really appreciate if sleepmasters could assist with refund or exchange am not happy at all

Sky city mall toilets are extremely dirty and road traffic control for entrance and exit is not friendly it creates congestion and traffic
1. The mall has one entrance and once exit points which creates a massive vehicle congestion. When one vehicle gets a breakdown there is no alternative. 2. Toilets are not cleaned, the kids toilet are closed and one Indian guy owning one of the shops had key so basically kids have their own toilets but are used by Indian shop owners. Both male and female toilets are extremely dirty Sky city toilets are bad they are not continuously cleaned and monitored which is a hygiene concern

Request for a gym facility
The mall is convenient for the sky city community and I am pleased with the variety of stores we now have. I am humbly requesting the facility of a gym in the mall, may it be Gym Company or other affordable gyms. As much as we have various food, furniture and clothing outlets etc may we please have a facility that will encourage the community members to focus on their fitness and health goals.

Request for a gym facility

Wrong order
On Saturday i bought a pizza on the double payed with my card...my order was 45minutes late.and they brought the wrong order I called them numerous times to report the matter till today I haven't received my pizza all they say is they will call me back.

Bad service
I can’t even explain how frustrating it is to call this store just to receive your order. The whole service is pathetic, placed an order I’m still waiting after 2 hours. Called their head office they also failing. What a waste of my time and my money. Spoke to Tshwelopelo at head office who tells me he cannot get through the store. Like what must I do if he is failing? I even noted on special instructions but still nothing is happening. Mind you this is not the first time. Something needs to be done with this store

Bad service

The Sky City Mall management do not have respect to customers
The Sky City Mall management do not have respect to customers. They don't respect women, the ladies (Ablutions) do not have She bins for disposal of sanitary towels and they are putting the customers lives at risk of covid 19 and other germs or bacteria related virus /disease as there is no soaps in the bathroom. The bathrooms are always dirty.
