I reported sewer blockage ( ref: 0601 of 2024/10/24) on Thursday morning and promise that they will fix it within 2days. On Friday I made a follow up & they said sanitation unit will keep in touch. However I'm still waiting.
On Saturday, I went to Kliprivier Police for police clearance certificate and I was told the person responsible for clearance certificate works during the week. I went back during the week and I was told that the person responsible for clearance certificate is on leave. I was referred to Eden park police station & they refused to help and referred me to Kliprivier police station. Now I understand why people think police are useless.
I called Avbob regarding cancellation letter and policy schedule as I'm switching to another company. I was told to write a letter and email to it to them. According to automatic response the feedback takes 7days. I just received SMS saying my funeral policy had been cancelled but I haven't receive requested documents.
On 29th July 2022, I went to Woolworths mall of the south to financial service regarding credit cards. They tried to call head of but there was technical issues and I was told to call them or go to nearest to the following day. On 3rd August 2022, I called head office regarding credit card cancelation however they did assist. They lady who m I spoke said she's loading the contract and I asked her to send via email so that I confirm what was agreement. She promised however I haven't received it. This is not the first time, the other I called them regarding clarification of statement they never help.
On 29 July 2022, I ordered blinds and paid for them. The lady said the order takes 2 - 3 weeks and I agreed to that, she even accompanied me to teller to make payment because the system on her computer was slow. Today I received a call from Builders saying that I didn't pay and they will send email address so that I can email them proof of payment. I'm confused because over the weekend they sent slip via email. I also received a text from them saying that Charles Hamilton has logged into my account, so I tried to call their customer service but they couldn't get hold of Builders warehouse Newmarket. They customer service said Charles Hamilton is no longer working there, I don't know if this is a scam or incompetent.
The Sky City Mall management do not have respect to customers. They don't respect women, the ladies (Ablutions) do not have She bins for disposal of sanitary towels and they are putting the customers lives at risk of covid 19 and other germs or bacteria related virus /disease as there is no soaps in the bathroom. The bathrooms are always dirty.
Hello Peter, I'm Sae. STARS SCHOOLS FOR CROOKS SCHOOLS (Braamfontein campus) The management of that school only care about money but less about people who are paying their salaries (learner's parents or guardians) . The learner's were supposed to start classes on 1st April but they school delayed and send messages saying that they are sorting things out and classes started towards end of April 2021 and they promised to make up for the lost time. My niece registered for 4 subjects and attend 1 subject once a week for 2 hours. And during school closure (due to covid-19) they don't teach them online but they promise to do so. I'm talking about students who need help because their matric results were low, so how are they going to improve their results? I paid fees in full but so far I don't know what I paid for, my niece is staying at home struggling no one from that school is doing nothing. I regret sending my niece to that disgrace school. On the 29th January 2021, I purchased a frenzy stool (order no. I WWS00990). They made a promise that, I'll get my delivery on the 25th February 2021 but I haven't received it. They never bothered to explain on why, I'm I not getting my order. This month (March) I have been receiving emails from them saying they will deliver soon but I don't trust them. They are good for nothing
On the 23rd December 2020, I took my car to Soweto Toyota for service and my service adviser (Fereen) said that the gear shaft is leaking and need to be replaced. She told me to pay for parts so that they can order, it was getting late and I told her I'll pay at home via online and she showed their banking details on the invoice. On the 2nd February 2021, I called the reception asking for Fereen but I was unable to speak to her as she was busy. I gave my details to the receptionist to give it to Fereen but she never called. The following day i called her manager (Brenda) and she promised to make a follow-ups. No one was willing to assist. I called the reception and asked to speak to Fereen, we spoke and she promised that she'll order parts and it takes 2 to 3 days. Yesterday I called the receptionist to make follow ups but Fereen never get back to me. They are incompetent they only respect us when they want us to buy their cars.
My alarm was not working due to power outages and 4th Dimension made sure I'm secured by patrolling at night. In the morning, when I open the gate I would find the notification on my gate to show they did patrol. Their service is great, they always respond on time and they are willing to assist when ever I encounter a problem. They even make follow ups.
