Disgusted!!!!!!!

The most horrible experience I ever had!!! PTA BRANCH: bought hair this December.. It turned out it was fake. They won't even refund you, coming up with all excuses in the world.. That they will be taking the hair for treatment... Gosh employees are so rude!!!plus the useless manager who know nothing about running a business, wanting to fix things through a call. You guys are scams... Stop selling fake hairs. I won't recommend anyone to buy their fake, plastic hair.. Work on your manners!!!
