According to our records DBritnouw has used our services before and was satisfied with our workmanship, hence he returned to us. In this case, a verbal quote was given and was repeated onsite. When the team arrived, an extra job was requested which required extra time. Over and above installing the new XtraView system, we had to create 2new TV points and redesign the system with the new additions. Despite the time pressure, we accommodated the customer to the fullest.
We advise all our customers to pair their decoders at Multichoice prior because personal details must be verified before any changes can be made to the account.
It took our team about 3 hours to complete the project. The job and price was accepted and the invoice was signed onsite.
The next day on request of a discount, we offered over a 6% cash discount. The acceptance of cash payment helps to pay wages and refill petty cash.
