No update on my order

Good day still no update on my order. I have emailed and called but nobody responds as to where my order is.I ordered ****ies through you the distributors of this brand in Southern Africa and yet not one update. This is terrible customer service and have ordered before yet the last two times it has been bad updates ,bad delivery. Why are there no updates???
