No one at this company seems capable of responding to an email or making a basic phone call. They are quick to take payment for stock, fail to deliver it, and then suddenly have no idea how refunds work.

I dealt with a representative named Randall via WhatsApp, and the level of dishonesty was astounding. The lies changed so often he couldn’t even keep his own story straight.

This business operates without ethics, accountability, or basic customer service standards. Consumers should be extremely cautious. I will be reporting this company to the National Consumer Commission.
