Pathetic service from start to finish. No one at this company seems capable of responding to an email or making a basic phone call. They are quick to take payment for stock, fail to deliver it, and then suddenly have no idea how refunds work. I dealt with a representative named Randall via WhatsApp, and the level of dishonesty was astounding. The lies changed so often he couldn’t even keep his own story straight. This business operates without ethics, accountability, or basic customer service standards. Consumers should be extremely cautious. I will be reporting this company to the National Consumer Commission.
Teach your employees to do better. This is not my first issue with your company. Let's hope the Ralph Lauren Corporation reads these complaints and deal with it accordingly.

What you deserve is a zero rating. The delivery address was confirmed multiple times — by phone, SMS, email, and again by phone — yet your employees refused to get the address updated. If your employees are unhappy in their roles, perhaps it's time to consider replacements. There are thousands of unemployed individuals who would take the job seriously and perform far better.

Two months to INCORRECTLY "IMPLEMENT" my payroll. After numerous attempts of trying to get information corrected, I would advise you to save yourself the trouble. These people have no clue how their program works. At this point I would rather do manual payslips on Excel than dealing with these *********** clowns.
