The worst online shopping store
Don’t even waste your time the biggest ****mers of note a don’t even use either Essense or Farfetch they will **** you dry. Still waiting for my refund till today and the product sub par

Poor service
My order status has been stuck at reviewing for five days. Ever since I paid there has been no change on my status. So much delay what could be the problem? I called their customer service number yesterday, I was told that they are delaying because they are busy! I was sent tons of emails with no reply.

Poor service

Don't be fooled by Farfetch like me !
How insanely ridiculous - I pay R1500 DUTY for a cap that looks like it's from a flea market (MOSCHINO), it breaks, now I get a $30 voucher on my next purchase. Don't be fooled like me.

Farfetch is a scam
I bought Moschino shoes from Farfetch last month and already the shoes are tearing and I spend 5k on the shoes… I can’t seem to get assistance for the shoes to be returned because they say they don’t accept worn shoes. How does a designer shoe tear in one month?
