Takealot the worst
The worst experience ever and see me buying things on Takealot kill me to be honest. I bought a voucher and they delayed to share it with me and I asked the agent to please cancel the order so that I can’t get my Takealot wallet to be credited the stupid consultant changes my records and tell them to refund my bank which will take 5 days what kinda ******* and incompetence is that? That’s stupid. I want recordings and I want to complain to the regulator this is really stupid and some last level of Incompetence I need my money back now and I’ll advise you now don’t ever use Takealot..

Nan for kids stay away for now

SANTAM BUSINESS INSURANCE IS A ****
Santam business insurance is a **** and trust me when I say that. My employee claimed for an incident that happened in Midrand and this is after goods were ****** in her car. First they took ages to finalise the claim and further asked if we can get the video from the police station imagine what kinda ******* is that. That's their job then they responded declining our claim because no one forced themselves in the car like really ??? Then how did they get into her car ? like what is theft? like they have decided to decline the claim based on what? and the useless consultant Thato doesn't even call to explain . Please note that if this is not resolved I'm moving my insurance.
