If you want a cancellation you have to prove that they’ve breached the contract and when you have the proof they don’t even wanna consider it because according to them it’s not a breach to be paying for 200MBps but consistently for the last 2 years be getting no more than 50MPps. They always have excuses and they always ‘resolve’ tickets to make it look like they helped when they just ignore you.
