FIBRESTREAM IS A NIGHTMARE

THIS COMPANY IS A DISASTER! We had an account from January 2020 until June 2021. On 21 June, the wifi stopped working. when we tried calling they had an automated system informing that they were aware of a VUMATEL problem and that they were fixing it. A day later their numbers were blocked and you couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Apparently, the directors of the Company, LEONA HEWITT-COLEMAN, IVANA FILBY and MICHAEL JULIO PINTO RIBEIRO had taken clients' money but failed to pay line rentals to Vumatel.

We were all left in the lurch without even being notified that our wifi would be cut. Even worse, we had COVID and were stuck quarantining with no wifi.
